Children's House

The Children's House is a Montessori environment that fosters independence, coordination, order, and concentration in children 3-6 years old. Following the method of Maria Montessori, children learn practical life skills, emotional intelligence, and peace education, while using hands on materials to gain concrete exposure to the academic areas of mathematics, language, science, and geography.

We are thrilled to be adding a second Children's House classroom this year, to allow more 3-6 year old students to gain a Montessori education here in Wabash.

 We are continuing our Afternoon Kindergarten program this year, where kindergartners (age 5 by October 1st) combine with the kindergartners from our Forest School class from 12:00-3:00pm each day for dedicated kindergarten enrichment and outdoor exploration downtown!

Program Options:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 12:00

Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 3:30

Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30

Requirements: Children must be potty-trained.*

*Exceptions may be made based on parent-admin conversation.
